Here’s what I’ve done so far:
Wrote For the Love of Board Games, a book that explores how modern, popular board games were created by interviewing the designers behind the games. The book ended up raising over $56,000 on Kickstarter with over 2,000 backers. More than 50 board game designers were interviewed for the book.
Filmed, directed, and edited The Board Game Boom, a documentary that explores the recent rise in tabletop gaming by interviewing board game industry experts to uncover why board game purchases are rising in an increasingly digital culture. The documentary has over 40,000 organic views on YouTube.
